Get Zen

If bringing calm and peace into your life is a goal for you, small daily changes are really all you need. Commit to yourself for 4 weeks, ideally 7 days a week, for a minimum of 15 minutes spread throughout your day. You'll be amazed at your transformation. This program provides you flexibility and choices, with 5 minute guided mediations, 5 minute pranayama (breath work) practices, and 15 minute to 30 minute asana (poses) practices. There will be plenty to chose from so you can easily find new habits that work for you. Come get Zen! 

Applying the 8 Limbs to Your Yoga Practice

Pranayama Workshop 

Asana (the poses) is only one part of the greater practice of yoga. In this workshop, we take a peek into the 8 Limbs, Yamas, Niyamas, Asana (poses), Pranayama (breathing), Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana (mediation), and Samadhi; and learn how to incorporate them into our practice on and off the mat.
