What Does a Socially Distant Yoga Class Look Like?

I've been thinking about where we go from here. How do we move forward together in our practice? I believe it will be some time before we can gather together in a studio, or fitness room to learn and practice together, so what will our classes look like? I love teaching online, but I miss seeing my students, and interacting as we practice. Live classes are a start, but the interaction isn't there. Several options have popped up, but everyone has to have an iPhone, or a google email. Working with too many formats loses something too. I'm open to thoughts and suggestions. New times and new challenges call for new ways of thinking. Let's brainstorm to keep our practice and our community together through the changes. I'm looking forward to the future!

You should consider starting classes at a park. I was actually going to try to get a couple of people together to go to GT Bray one night to do some yoga, because I just don't see myself doing it there by myself....lol
